"Money Owed to Me"
I’ve got a monthly payment that’s still pending. I’ve reached out via email to sort it out, but they keep insisting that all payments are current (I haven’t seen one since November 1st). I’ve tried calling multiple times, but the out-of-office voicemail is still on, even though it claims to be open at 8:30 (and it’s now 8:49). The voicemail says to leave a message and they’ll get back to you, but it cuts off before you can even do that. Once I finally get my cash, I’m definitely switching to a more dependable booking system.

"HEAVEN HELP YOU IF THERE'S A PROBLEM"
I really dig this system because it's super easy for both me and my clients. BUT HEAVEN HELP YOU IF THERE'S A PROBLEM. Their response is either to dismiss you or claim there's no issue on their side. My clients are missing their appointment reminders, which has set me back hundreds of dollars. They refuse to tackle this problem! I've requested to chat with a manager, but NO RESPONSE! I've been totally overlooked 😡.

"Tech is awesome when it’s functioning"
I totally get how annoying it is when tech goes haywire. I reached out to Timely because I wasn’t getting my daily appointment report. They got back to me pretty fast, letting me know that the issue was passed on to their tech crew for a deeper look. Given our time zones, it took four days to sort it out, and I had to go back to using my paper planner. Super relieved it’s all working again. Big thanks!

I've been using Timely for a few years now. It's an incredible system. Their support crew is unmatched. They're always quick to respond and super fast. Rarely run into tech problems, but when I do, they fix it in no time. Everyone is really friendly and ready to help. Overall, it's a fantastic system for reporting, booking, and just plain easy to use. A real all-rounder.

We've been using Timely for ages! Absolutely love the software, but ran into a hiccup recently. Our sms reminders weren't going out. Mike got back to us super fast and resolved the sms problem right away. He provided clear instructions on how to fix it, and we had our reminders up and running in just half an hour. "User-friendly but pricey for employees"
It's pretty straightforward to use and comes packed with awesome features.
That said, there's no loyalty program for long-time users.
Honestly, I don't get why it costs an extra £30 for each staff member, especially since there's no reward or loyalty incentive for sticking with them.
I noticed they have a deal right now for newcomers to snag 40% off for the first 6 months—why not extend that to loyal customers who've been around for ages?
Plus, it seems fair to charge less for staff who only work one day a week.
